Meet Cheyenne Steampower

Steampower, Inc has been cleaning Cheyenne for 11 years, one carpet at a time. We keep Cheyenne homes, businesses, sidewalks, and vehicles looking great.

Roger Loghry, our owner, has been in the carpet cleaning industry for more than 20 years, all right here in Cheyenne! After a successful active Navy career, and while serving in the Naval Reserves, Roger began working for another cleaning company. Having a strong sense of customer service, he earned himself loyal customers. Working for someone else, Roger did not feel he was able to provide the service Cheyenne deserved. With that in mind, he began Steampower, Inc in 1991. He has since earned the respect, trust, and loyalty of Cheyenne residences and Cheyenne businesses alike. He is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certified), has developed an extensive knowledge base of the industry, and has always been a Cheyenne resident.

Jackie Dyl started at Steampower in October and enjoys office work. She is willing to help each customer with the jobs they need done. Just give her a call and she will find the answer to all your questions.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST CLEANER FOR YOU!

Several factors come into play when choosing someone to come into your home or business to perform service.  Here are the things you should look for:

A Company with Experience and Training:
The professional carpet cleaning trade has made large advances in recent years as it pertains to training.  Ask about the training courses and certifications acquired by the personnel.

Courteous and Professional:
The person who represents the company on the phone should be able to address your needs and answer questions professionally and courteously.  The technician who performs the work should also be knowledgeable and professional in looks and manner.

Pre-inspection:
Previous to the job or immediately prior to beginning work, the technician should thoroughly inspect the area where work is to be done. At this time they are looking for and discussing any potential problems or situations as they may pertain to stains, odor, wear, or the general condition and cleaning procedures.

References:
